What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can easily cancel your StudyPug membership at any time without penalties.
Here's how:
- Go to your account page
- Click on membership info
- Below your plan options, click on cancel future billing
- Select your reason for cancelling
- Then click on stop billing
Your membership info will now show the date your service will end. We hope you will join us again.

Where is my cancel option?
Only the plan's owner is allowed to cancel or modify their plan. If you don't see an option to change or cancel your plan — you are not the owner of your plan.
Two easy ways to tell if you are the owner:
- You should see plan options below your membership info
- You should see the billing info tab
If you're not the plan's owner, then what?
In order to cancel your membership, you will need to contact the person who is paying for your plan (ie. your dad, mom, guardian, etc) and they can log into StudyPug using their account and cancel future billing.
